Sony’s Betamax is the 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) home videocassette tape recording format introduced in 1975 and derived from the earlier, professional 19.1 mm (0.75 inch) U-matic video cassette format. Like the video home recording system VHS introduced by JVC in 1976, it had no guard band, and used azimuth recording to reduce cross-talk. The “Betamax” name came from the fact that when the tape ran through the transport it looked like the Greek letter “Beta”.
Ben Stiller and the Team Down Kirin Hyoketsu
Benjamin Edward Stiller (born November 30, 1965) is an Emmy-winning American comedian, actor, film producer and director. He is the son of Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara, both of whom are veteran comedians and actors themselves.
The traditional Chuhai is lemon flavored with a shochu base, though some modern commercial variants have a vodka base. The flavors available have recently also multiplied, including lime, grapefruit, apple, orange, pineapple, etc.
My Cup Noodle
Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. (æ—¥æ¸…é£Ÿå“æ ªå¼ä¼šç¤¾, Nisshin Shokuhin Kabushiki-gaisha) is the name of a company in Japan that makes instant ramen noodles. The company was established in 1948. Instant noodles and cup noodles were both invented by Nissin’s founder, Momofuku Ando in 1958.
