The Walkman is a popular Sony brand used by the company to market its portable audio players, and is synonymously used to refer to the original Walkman portable personal stereo player and as a generic term for similar devices from other manufacturers. The original Walkman brought about a change in music listening habits, allowing people to carry their own choice of music with them.

The Japanese Macaque (Macaca fuscata), also known as the Snow Monkey, is a terrestrial Old World monkey species native to northern Japan, although an introduced free-ranging population has been living near Laredo, Texas since 1972. It is the most northern-living non-human primate. Individuals have brown-gray fur, a red face, hands and bottom, and a short tail.

Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen

Sapporo Ichiban (サッポロ一番, Sapporo Ichiban) is a brand of instant noodles (most of them ramen) made by Sanyo Foods and rivals to other Japanese ramen brands like Nissin. Sapporo Ichiban has found a market outside of Japan, most notably with Chinese consumers in Hong Kong and Canada.

Sapporo Breweries Limited (サッポロビール株式会社, Sapporo Bīru Kabushiki-gaisha) is a Japanese company that makes beer, headquartered in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo.

Table tennis is very popular in East Asia and is the most popular sport in the world in terms of player numbers, as well as one of the newest of the major sports. 卓球 (Takkyu) is the official name for the sport in Japan as well as Taiwan(zuo-chiou).

Both men and women often wear yukata at traditional Japanese hotels, especially ones with their own onsen. After checking in, people often change into the yukata provided by the hotel. Many go for walks outside, to the public baths, and even to dinner and breakfast (taken in a communal dining room) in their yukata.
